A UNIQUE PRODUCT Hojiblanco Olivegroves, are typical of this geographic location and produce a unique variety of olive with a very balanced fatty acid composition and lower saturated fatty acids than other olive varieties, added to this the olive has a high oxidation stability maintaining its fresh qualities longer. From the organoleptic point of view, Hojiblanca present a vast range of flavors, although the vegetable flavors predominate. Normal flavour at the start of tasting is a fruity fresh sweetness, grass aroma, slightly bitter green fruits and other fruits that sometimes resemble a fruit salad, then a light spicy aftertaste left in the throat finishing off with a pleasant almond taste.
